Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Quality Assurance Engineer for an initial 3-month contract. This role is integral to the Engineering Department, focusing on complex electronic assemblies and offering the chance to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The contractor will collaborate with a growing team to enhance quality assurance practices as they support ongoing project initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct conformity inspections and First Article Inspections on complex electronic assemblies.
- Support the development and implementation of Hardware Process Assurance Plans and other certification documents.
- Perform certification baseline reviews and lifecycle data audits.
- Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement within quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Significant experience with DO-254 on complex electronic programs.
- Proven background in supporting the Plan for Hardware Aspects of Certification (PHAC) and Hardware Process Assurance Plans (HPAP).
- Experience in performing conformity inspections and certification baseline reviews.
- Current SC Clearance or the ability to obtain it is mandatory.
