Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Test Analyst to join a contract role focused on the testing and release of web and mobile applications for a well-established healthcare organization. The successful candidate will work remotely, collaborating with developers and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. This hands-on role requires strong manual testing abilities along with some exposure to automation, specifically with Selenium.
Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and ad hoc testing.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test packs.
- Support application releases and deployments.
- Manage defects and track resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for testing activities and documentation.
- Assist with Selenium automation testing activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Test Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong background in web and mobile application testing.
- Experience with functional, regression, and ad hoc testing.
- Ability to create test plans and test packs.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience supporting application releases.
- Exposure to Selenium or other automation testing tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
