Regulatory Reporting Consultant

Overview

The Regulatory Reporting Consultant will take a lead role in managing liquidity-focused regulatory reporting for a dynamic financial services firm. The consultant will work collaboratively with Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, while enhancing the overall governance frameworks surrounding reporting activities. This position is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in liquidity regulation and reporting, supporting the organization's commitment to compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of liquidity regulatory reporting, ensuring both internal and external compliance.
  • Take ownership of LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, and other liquidity return submissions.
  • Uphold controls and governance frameworks throughout the reporting process.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely regulatory submissions.
  • Scrutinise and challenge liquidity data inputs, assumptions, and outputs.
  • Interpret changes in liquidity regulation and assess their impact on reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Risk to enhance liquidity reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within a UK-regulated bank or financial institution.
  • Proven expertise in liquidity reporting standards such as LCR, NSFR, ALMM, and PRA110.
  • Strong knowledge of UK/EU liquidity regulations and reporting frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in controls, governance, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
