Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant / Business Analyst specializing in the Consumer Goods Cloud for a 6-month contract. This hybrid role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure effective delivery of solutions that enhance field sales and retail execution. The consultant will lead workshops, translate requirements into actionable items, and serve as a key point of contact throughout the engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather and understand their needs.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog while refining it with the delivery team.
- Advise clients on best practices for the Consumer Goods Cloud, including aspects of retail execution and management.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery workshops and gather requirements effectively.
- Experience managing a backlog in an Agile delivery framework.
- Excellent communication skills with senior client stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst or Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional are a plus.
