Overview
The Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in a significant digital transformation program within a regulatory environment. Working closely with product owners, architects, and internal technical teams, this individual will focus on developing and enhancing functionality across Salesforce's Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The position is hands-on, requiring immediate contribution to existing projects involving enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Build and optimize Apex code and Lightning components.
- Implement API integrations to support project objectives.
- Support the delivery of new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and internal technical teams.
- Stabilize and extend in-flight projects while ensuring speed and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments.
- Strong skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to quickly learn and deliver on existing projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
- Availability to start immediately.
