Overview
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying Salesforce capabilities, leveraging tools such as OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. Working remotely, the developer will focus on integrating Salesforce with external systems, ensuring efficient implementation of solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Salesforce components using OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, and Flows.
- Configure and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud capabilities.
- Build and configure OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards for user interactions.
- Implement document generation using OmniStudio to create dynamic documents.
- Design secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Utilize Platform Events for real-time messaging to external systems.
- Develop Apex REST APIs for third-party application requests.
- Ensure secure integration using OAuth 2.0 and other authentication methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce development tools such as OmniStudio, LWC, and Apex.
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud functionalities.
- Experience in system integration and developing secure APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline implementation and version control using GitHub.
- Familiarity with creating OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Ability to design secure integrations using OAuth 2.0 and Named Credentials.
