Overview
The Salesforce Programme Architect will lead a major Salesforce transformation initiative for a prominent UK business, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. This position involves collaborating closely with an implementation partner and engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure the architectural integrity and successful delivery of the programme. The Architect will play a critical role in reviewing project plans, setting clear delivery milestones, and managing risks and dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Own programme delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
- Review existing plans and challenge assumptions to establish clear delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce implementation partner to align solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee architectural best practices while managing risks and dependencies.
- Engage regularly with senior stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce Architecture and Programme Management.
- Experience leading projects in Service Cloud and/or Field Service (Sales Cloud experience is not a priority).
- Strong background in managing relationships with C-suite executives.
- Available for a 12-month contract.
- Must be UK-based and eligible for outside IR35 engagement.
