Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract role, focusing on delivering critical technical initiatives for a global organization. This fast-paced position requires the candidate to take full ownership of various workstreams including web migration and security remediation, while collaborating closely with a lean delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a controlled migration of the public site from Salesforce Experience Cloud to Drupal, ensuring strict scope management.
- Support IT leadership and engineers on key security projects related to identity management and process automation.
- Collaborate with project managers on Single Sign-On (SSO) initiatives and emerging tech projects.
- Elicit requirements and create process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
- Maintain project controls including plans, RAID logs, and status reports, while actively managing scope creep.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing digital platform or website migrations, preferably involving Salesforce Experience Cloud or Drupal.
- Experience serving as both Project Manager and Business Analyst on technical projects.
- Strong technical literacy with knowledge of security/identity management and cloud/web setups.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and take accountability for project deliverables in fast-paced environments.
