Overview
The SAP Consultant will serve as a Solution Lead within a global media and consumer goods business, focusing on the finance aspect of their SAP and Finance Centre of Excellence. This role involves collaborating with both functional and technical SAP teams to transform complex business requirements into effective solution designs, particularly during the transition from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex business requirements into robust solution designs.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to implement solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions in SAP ECC focusing on finance processes.
- Communicate technical designs and trade-offs to both business and technical audiences.
- Support project planning by estimating development efforts alongside project managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO and back office finance processes.
- Experience in complex, integrated application environments.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA programmes is a plus.
- Experience in Customer Services or Credit Services processes is advantageous.
