Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Architect to support a major SAP transformation initiative. This role involves providing senior functional and architectural oversight within the SAP Finance workstream, focusing on both the existing ECC environment and the broader S/4HANA programme. The position requires a strong understanding of SAP finance modules and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior functional and architectural oversight for the SAP Finance workstream.
- Support the existing ECC environment while contributing to the S/4HANA programme.
- Manage escalations and resolve complex functional issues.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align on project objectives.
- Provide architecture and solution design advisory within SAP Finance.
- Configure SAP Finance modules, ensuring best practices are applied.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP ECC FI/CO, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and the Universal Journal.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Finance configuration.
- Capability in architecture, solution design, and advisory roles.
- Experience in managing escalations and complex functional issues.
- Public sector finance experience is highly advantageous.
