Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Consultant to join our established SAP delivery team on an interim basis. This hands-on role involves supporting an existing SAP ECC 6.0 environment and providing senior functional and technical expertise to SAP Finance consultants. The consultant will serve as the primary expert for RAR, addressing complex issues, enhancing processes, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for SAP RAR configuration and troubleshooting.
- Review revenue postings, reconciliations, and reporting outputs.
- Assist with month-end and period-end close activities.
- Advise on RAR process design and issue resolution.
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to the finance team.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP RAR in ECC 6.0.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards, including IFRS 15 and ASC 606.
- Good knowledge of SAP FI integration with SD.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and finance stakeholders.
