Overview
In the role of Programme Manager for SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation, you will lead the implementation and upgrade of finance technology initiatives, collaborating closely with senior Finance and IT stakeholders. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing financial processes and establishing a sustainable SAP operating model, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programmes.
- Manage programme plans, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Drive improvements across Finance processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C).
- Oversee the management of System Integrators and third-party technology vendors.
- Engage senior stakeholders and manage escalations effectively.
- Oversee delivery through testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to business-as-usual (BAU).
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation or major upgrade programmes.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, specifically R2R, P2P, and O2C.
- Experience in managing programme budgets, governance, and risks.
- Proven experience managing System Integrators and supplier contracts.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Concur, and SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.
