Overview
The Data Business Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of a Microsoft Fabric project, supporting a significant data transformation initiative. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, the analyst will gather requirements, map business processes, and facilitate the successful delivery of a modern data platform. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within an Agile framework, enhancing the overall data strategy of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the Microsoft Fabric implementation project by gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Map business processes and document workflows to aid in the successful delivery of data solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide insights for the data platform deployment.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective communication among all parties involved in the project.
- Contribute to the Agile delivery process by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data-related projects.
- Experience supporting implementations of data platforms, business intelligence, or analytics solutions.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience facilitating workshops.
- Previous involvement in Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.
