Overview
The ServiceNow Architect will play a pivotal role in leading the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture for a global IT consultancy, focusing on transformation initiatives for a leading telecom customer. This hybrid position allows for flexible remote work, requiring collaboration with business leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to drive the strategic adoption and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture vision and roadmap.
- Define and implement the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture platform strategy.
- Conduct solution design and architecture reviews.
- Establish data architecture standards, including CSDM and CMDB.
- Drive platform governance, standards, and best practices for ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Architecture and enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Strong knowledge of integration standards and data architecture.
- Ability to create high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow discovery, service mapping, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with cloud architecture, security, and governance frameworks.
- Desirable certifications: TOGAF, AWS, Azure, DevOps, SAFe Agile.
