Overview
We are seeking an experienced EUC Platform Architect to play a key role in a major transformation programme for a global financial services organisation. This senior technical leadership position involves defining the architecture vision, establishing platform standards, and ensuring scalable and secure solutions. The architect will guide engineering teams and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design of the EUC platform.
- Develop and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
- Establish technical standards, patterns, and best practices across the platform.
- Drive architecture governance, including design reviews and approval boards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate architectural vision into successful implementation.
- Present technical solutions and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure designs meet the security, compliance, and operational expectations of a regulated financial environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting Omnissa Horizon environments.
- Previous delivery experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong architectural governance experience, including ownership of HLD/LLD documentation.
- Confidence presenting designs and engaging with stakeholders for approvals.
- Experience defining enterprise-scale EUC solutions rather than purely operational support.
- Familiarity with IGEL OS, Island.io, and Apple Business Manager is highly desirable.
