Overview
The Principal AI Consultant will oversee the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions within a leading financial institution, focusing on enhancing trading strategies through AI-driven insights. Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of AI projects focusing on trading recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.

- Conduct hands-on technical work, including model development and deployment.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering or data science within commercial settings.
- Proven experience in deploying commercial AI/ML systems into production.
- Strong expertise in Python, machine learning, and feature engineering.
- Familiarity with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI orchestration.
- Experience with model validation, audit trails, and enterprise governance practices.
- Ability to lead technical decision-making and manage ambiguous project requirements.
- Experience in capital markets or Tier-1 banking is highly advantageous.
