Overview
The Search Orchestration Developer will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of advanced Search Orchestration services within the Agentic AI platform. This remote position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, secure search solutions utilizing various Azure and AI technologies, ensuring optimal platform performance and compliance with architectural standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of production-grade Search Orchestration services.
- Build scalable and reusable search capabilities using Azure AI Search and related technologies.
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop enterprise search solutions that integrate with various Azure services and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to ensure compliance with architecture standards.
- Optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and security.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Mentor engineering teams through design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience with microservices, API integration, and secure software development.
- Knowledge of enterprise-scale production platforms.
- Preferred experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences and hybrid AI search solutions.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Neo4j, Qdrant, and GraphRAG.
