Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Lead to enhance our agile transformation initiatives over a 6-month contract. The chosen candidate will champion agile methodologies, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve delivery capabilities. This role requires strong leadership abilities to inspire teams, foster innovation, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices across teams.
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies focusing on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and manage expectations.
- Mentor and coach team members on agile principles and practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Implement metrics and reporting tools to assess team performance and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated history of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or Agile Certified Practitioner preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
