Overview
The Senior Business Analyst role requires a fluent French and English speaker to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors within a major international transport operator's change portfolio. This 6-month contract will involve comprehensive analysis from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring an efficient transition from project to operational status.
Responsibilities
- Review and challenge existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements in Confluence.
- Translate validated requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Define and execute test strategies, including writing test cases.
- Coordinate across business, IT, and external vendors while reporting on requirements status.
- Support documentation and knowledge transfer for transition to run.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in business and functional requirements engineering.
- Proficient in process modeling and improvement.
- Experienced in test planning, case writing, and validation.
- Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project life cycles.
- Confident in challenging business needs with senior stakeholders.
