Overview
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager with expertise in procurement and commercial strategy to take on a 15-month interim contract. The successful candidate will work predominantly remotely and focus on structuring dual-use technology deals that involve private capital funding, while collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring of dual-use technology deals utilizing private capital funding.
- Collaborate with MOD and supplier stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Conduct market analysis to inform procurement strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative commercial solutions to complex challenges.
- Ensure compliance with SC clearance requirements during the contract period.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement and commercial management, particularly with dual-use technology.
- SC clearance is mandatory for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a complex greenfield environment is preferred.
