Overview
The ServiceNow Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for ServiceNow Technology Service Operations Management (SOMT) within a global IT consultancy, supporting a major telecommunications client. The position involves a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for both remote and office-based collaboration, and requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture and SOMT solutions. The architect will lead technical initiatives, define strategic architectures, and drive observability and AIOps efforts in the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow SOMT solutions.
- Implement and deliver SOMT solutions across enterprise environments.
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with IT operations strategies.
- Act as a Technical Authority for SOMT best practices and governance.
- Mentor developers and consultants on SOMT architecture standards.
- Design AIOps-driven event correlation and noise reduction solutions.
- Define and optimize architectural guardrails for SOMT.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Architecture with a focus on SOMT.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and IT Operations.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Azure Monitor.
- Experience in CMDB architecture and data modeling.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Ability to design high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) architecture diagrams.
- Understanding of network, server, storage, and cloud environments.
