Overview
The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in a 12-month project focused on transforming the policy administration landscape for an insurance provider. This position entails collaboration with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to create effective and scalable architectural solutions that align with business needs. The contractor will leverage their extensive knowledge of policy administration to shape the target state and ensure seamless integration of policy systems with the broader ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own the solution architecture for the policy management landscape.
- Design the integration of core policy systems with surrounding infrastructures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable designs.
- Ensure that the implemented solutions meet business objectives and are functional.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to inform and guide design decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within the insurance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of policy administration and its full lifecycle.
- Experience with designing system integrations for core insurance platforms.
- Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with platforms such as EIS, Duck Creek, or Guidewire is desirable.
- Understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems as they relate to policy and customer data.
