Overview
In this Solutions Architect role, you will play a pivotal part in designing systems and cloud architecture for client projects, ensuring technical alignment between client needs and engineering implementations. You will collaborate closely with clients to clarify their requirements and guide engineering teams in executing your designs. This position also involves engaging with diverse project teams, which include engineers skilled in AI development, within a dynamic digital product consultancy environment.
Responsibilities
- Design systems and cloud architecture for client projects.
- Collaborate with clients to define their technical needs and shape project approaches.
- Guide engineering teams in implementing the architectural designs.
- Build proofs of concept to validate ideas.
- Review technical decisions on ongoing projects, focusing on security and scalability.
- Assist in estimating new project work.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing systems as a solutions architect or similar role.
- Expertise in cloud architecture, preferably with AWS.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients to align on project specifications.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with production coding in TypeScript, Python, or Node (desirable).
- Experience conducting technical reviews across teams (desirable).
- Background in consultancy or agency environments (desirable).
