Overview
This role focuses on optimizing applicant tracking system (ATS) processes as a Greenhouse Specialist within a global organization. The contractor will collaborate with recruitment and People teams to standardize workflows, enhance reporting, and drive continuous improvement across multiple business units. The position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Greenhouse subject matter expert, supporting recruiters and stakeholders.
- Standardize job creation and management across business units.
- Build and maintain recruitment reports and insights.
- Improve ATS processes and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting.
Requirements
- Expert hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience with Greenhouse MCP.
- Background in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.
- Experience making safe changes to live systems.
- Familiarity with Claude and other ATS platforms is advantageous.
