Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect for a 3-month remote contract role focused on delivering customer-facing M365 projects. The contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the full delivery lifecycle, from solution design through implementation and migrations. The role involves working with key components of the Microsoft 365 suite such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and are expected to lead technical delivery while maintaining direct customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of Microsoft 365 projects.
- Conduct workshops and craft solution designs.
- Manage tenant, cloud, and consolidation migrations.
- Implement and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate directly with customers to ensure project success.
- Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 architecture.
- Proven track record in delivering migrations in cloud environments.
- In-depth knowledge of identity, security, and governance within M365.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Copilot, Purview, and DSPM for AI.
- Background working within Microsoft Partners in their professional services divisions is preferred.
- Ability to engage confidently with customers and lead technical initiatives.
