Overview
The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the architecture and development of a data platform and simulation product within a cutting-edge technology organization. Working remotely, this hands-on role involves leading a specialized team while actively contributing to codebases using Python and modern web frameworks like Next.js and React. The focus is on building efficient data pipelines and ensuring high standards of engineering practice in the context of enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of data pipelines, a Python simulation core, and a Next.js/React product.
- Lead a small specialist team while writing production code.
- Set engineering practices and represent engineering to enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of process mining or event simulation techniques.
- Ensure robust security practices for B2B SaaS applications.
Requirements
- Proficient in process mining or event simulation, including calibration and uncertainty management.
- Experience with production data platforms such as Snowflake or similar.
- Familiarity with event data management at scale.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS security standards including multi-tenancy and RBAC.
- Expertise in modern TypeScript, particularly with Next.js and React frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience as a tech lead or founding engineer driving data products into production.
