Overview
The Value Stream Delivery Lead will oversee a major business value stream within a significant corporate transformation program, coordinating efforts across various teams including business processes, SAP, and application groups. This hands-on role involves driving delivery from process design to detailed solution implementation while ensuring that business priorities are front and center in decision-making. The contractor will work closely with functional leads, architects, and product owners to manage dependencies and resolve blockers effectively.

Requirements
- Significant experience in leading delivery across major transformation programs.
- Proven ability to implement complex work within large organizations.
- Confidence in engaging and challenging senior stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach with attention to detail.
- Experience in supply chain fulfillment, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of order management, logistics, warehousing, or project fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to identify issues and engage the right specialists as needed.
