Overview
The SAP Integration Specialist will play a key role in a major transformation programme, focusing on managing complex integration between various systems and technologies. Collaborating closely with delivery teams, this contractor will address integration challenges, define standards, and ensure quality delivery of solutions in an intricate multi-vendor environment. This position seeks individuals who can quickly adapt and contribute to the integration landscape involving API management and SAP technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery teams to troubleshoot integration challenges.
- Define appropriate integration patterns and standards for the project.
- Manage and oversee the use of API management and related technologies.
- Ensure the proper delivery of solutions within the SAP integration landscape.
- Utilize SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and BTP to facilitate integration.
- Work across various protocols including REST, SOAP, and OData.
- Support integration efforts with S/4HANA and SAP PI/PO.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and BTP.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA integration processes.
- Expertise in API management and integration protocols.
- Understanding of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with complex, multi-vendor transformation projects.
- Ability to operate at both technical and strategic levels of integration.
