Overview
The Finance Transformation Consultant will play a critical role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation project, focusing on optimizing finance processes and supporting system deployment. This position is ideal for a qualified accountant with substantial SAP implementation experience, who will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and other partners to enhance business operations and foster successful adoption of new systems and practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programme.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and implementation partners on process design and requirements gathering.
- Review and optimize finance processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
- Assist in the finance data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), managing issue resolution.
- Facilitate business readiness through training and change management activities.
- Promote best practices for SAP S/4HANA and Fiori across the finance function.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong background in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Operations.
- Proven experience in supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in finance process improvement, testing, and data migration activities.
