Overview
As an AI Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the consultancy's internal AI objectives into effective, high-quality operational changes. Collaborating with various teams, you will identify opportunities for AI integration, enhance workflows, and guide the responsible adoption of AI tools. This role offers a unique chance to shape AI initiatives within a supportive environment, primarily focusing on consulting functions initially, while also impacting central areas such as People, Finance, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assess current workflows and determine high-value opportunities for AI integration.
- Build and deliver a practical AI enablement roadmap tailored to business needs.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of AI tools across consulting and business functions.
- Improve knowledge management practices and support related technical projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to test, refine, and embed new workflows.
- Create clear guidance, training, and governance for the responsible use of AI.
- Manage specialist contractors or delivery partners as required.
- Translate technical AI opportunities into credible business cases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI enablement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of practical AI tools and their application in real organizational settings.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive change initiatives.
- Strong judgement regarding quality, risk management, and data governance.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-service environments is advantageous.
