Overview
We are seeking an AI Programme Manager on a contract basis to lead the governance and delivery of a portfolio of AI accelerators for a digital and business transformation consultancy. The role involves managing initiative prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and governance processes while collaborating with a range of stakeholders and vendors. This position provides an exciting opportunity to guide projects from discovery to business-as-usual (BAU) within a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio governance, prioritization, risks, and lifecycle progression across AI initiatives.
- Align senior stakeholders and vendors on priorities, requirements, and delivery decisions.
- Develop portfolio reporting and establish consistent governance processes and ways of working.
- Ensure effective management and progression of initiatives from discovery through to BAU.
Requirements
- A strong background in portfolio or programme management, ideally with experience in AI or technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven ability to assess vendor capabilities and manage governance frameworks.
- Experience in reporting on delivery, risks, and value to stakeholders.
