Overview
This Architect position is a contract role focusing on developing architectural solutions across all RIBA stages within a multi-disciplinary practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, coordinate with consultants, and attend site meetings, while working primarily in a hybrid setup of 2 to 3 days in the office each week.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction phases.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Coordinate with consultants to facilitate project execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide insights on project viability.
Requirements
- Possess a valid ARB qualification as an Architect.
- Demonstrated experience in architectural roles, preferably within housing sectors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D presentational software.
- Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
- Capable of running projects from inception to completion.
- Full driving license is required for project site visits.
