Overview
The Architectural Technician will join a well-known multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in the Data Centre market, contributing to both UK and international projects. This role involves the technical delivery of projects using Revit and requires collaboration with various professional teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with building regulations. The position supports fully remote work arrangements with competitive market rates based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate architectural designs, specifications, elevations, and sections using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Liaise with project teams to identify and resolve design and buildability issues.
- Establish detailed drawings and models, focusing on building system integration and material specifications.
- Assemble and analyze project documentation and specifications to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit with high-level BIM experience, including clash detection.
- Experience in coordinating Stage 4 technical packages.
- Familiarity with complex projects such as industrial and data centers.
- Substantial experience in an Architectural Technician role, designing detailed models and drawings.
- Relevant qualifications in architectural technology, building engineering, or a similar discipline.
