Overview
We are seeking a Civil Technician with experience in Civil 3D to support a large residential development project. This fully remote role involves collaborating with project teams over a 12-month rolling contract, contributing to the successful execution of a 1200 unit housing development.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support using Civil 3D for project development.
- Assist in designing and planning stages of the residential development.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review and revise design plans to maintain compliance with specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance checks for accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Technician with strong skills in Civil 3D.
- Experience in residential development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while remote.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in technical work.
