Overview
The Artificial Intelligence Consultant will play a pivotal role in an enterprise AI transformation practice, engaging directly with clients to address business challenges and identify opportunities for AI solutions. This position balances consulting and technology, requiring the consultant to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and guide projects from initial concept through delivery. Consultants will leverage their knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI along with experience in enterprise AI platforms to drive impactful change.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Conduct discovery sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop structured business cases and actionable solutions based on identified needs.
- Guide projects from conceptual stages to solution delivery and adoption.
- Collaborate with teams to apply AI technology effectively to solve real-world problems.
- Engage in post-sales activities to ensure successful AI transformations.
Requirements
- Proven background in consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles.
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
- Strong ability to distill complex problems into structured solutions.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI).
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in a client-facing capacity.
- Basic technical understanding of AI, automation, APIs, or development processes is advantageous.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and process-oriented mindset.
