Overview
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role involves developing AI and LLM-powered applications within a leading technology consultancy, focusing on building agentic systems and AI agents. The engineer will collaborate closely with a team to integrate AI solutions and ensure successful deployment in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Design and implement agentic systems and AI agents.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs and external data sources.
- Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and similar for project development.
- Ensure robust testing and observability of LLM implementations.
- Participate in the deployment of AI solutions to production environments.
- Collaborate with the team on software engineering best practices and CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience building AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems and AI agents.
- Familiarity with RAG and function calling for LLM integrations.
- Experience with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation and observability practices.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD and cloud platforms.
- Experience working within collaborative development environments.
