Overview
We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our team in supporting a high-profile healthcare transformation programme within the NHS. In this role, you will develop innovative reporting and analytics solutions that empower operational and clinical teams to make data-driven decisions. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will contribute to the success of healthcare performance initiatives and ensure the accuracy of data insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create management information and reporting solutions for operational and clinical stakeholders.
- Develop and optimise data models to support reporting requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support healthcare performance reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reporting best practices.
- Collaborate with wider programme, data and transformation teams.
Requirements
- Proven BI Development experience within NHS or healthcare environments.
- Strong experience with Power BI, SQL and data modelling.
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting suites and management information solutions.
- Understanding of healthcare datasets and reporting standards.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mental Health Trust experience would be highly advantageous.
