Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack applications with Python and React.
- Develop and maintain async systems and data processing workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality code through testing and code reviews.
- Manage SQL and relational database integration and maintenance.
- Deploy applications on AWS or GCP platforms.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Contribute to strategic discussions about product features and direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and React.
- Experience with async systems and data processing.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated experience in building and shipping consumer-facing products.
- Background in HealthTech, FinTech, or other regulated environments is a plus.
- Proven track record of product ownership and decision-making.
