Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with active eDV Clearance to join a leading Aerospace and Defence firm on an initial 12-month contract. In this role, you will work alongside a skilled team to tackle complex challenges in the Defence sector, helping to shape and implement digital transformation strategies while liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Business Analyst team and support them in addressing challenges with new clients.
- Plan and map the future digital transformation roadmap in collaboration with clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Support the Head of IT in delivering IT solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff to facilitate project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Active Community eDV Clearance is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
- Experience within the Aerospace or Defence industries is advantageous.
