Overview
The role of a Technical / Systems Analyst involves supporting key cyber security projects within a leading organization. The analyst will work closely with Project Managers and engineers to ensure effective delivery across multiple technology initiatives, requiring a strong understanding of technical requirements and project dependencies. This hands-on position is essential for driving day-to-day project progression and fostering communication between various technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support the delivery of multiple technology and security projects.
- Act as the link between technical engineering teams and project delivery.
- Capture and document technical requirements, including current and future state.
- Support technical design and analysis activities.
- Set up, maintain, and manage Azure DevOps boards.
- Track actions, dependencies, and delivery activity to help keep projects moving forward.
- Communicate effectively across technical teams, project stakeholders, and senior colleagues.
- Work within an Agile delivery environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Technical Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to work confidently with engineers.
- Experience in cyber security or information security programmes.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps environments.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain a broader view of dependencies and priorities.
