VMware Migration Engineer

Overview

The VMware Migration Engineer will play a crucial role in a large-scale tenant-to-tenant migration, aimed at modernizing and consolidating the organization's complex infrastructure estate. This position involves collaboration with a growing team focused on VMware, Windows Server, and Microsoft enterprise infrastructure, including Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. The role offers the chance to contribute to significant transformation efforts within a rapidly expanding business context.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support VMware and Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
• Support the tenant-to-tenant migration and integration of infrastructure environments.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration process.
• Document processes and configurations for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware and Windows Server in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Nutanix and/or Rubrik is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in hybrid environments preferred.
