Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to join a team focused on driving HR transformation initiatives. This 6-month contract role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to standardize HR processes across global regions while transitioning to a centralized service model. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement of 2-3 days onsite in London and the remainder remotely, contributing to long-term decision-making and reporting directly to the project management team.

Responsibilities

  • Translate requirements for HR transformation initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of standardized HR processes across regions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
  • Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Mural, and Visio in project management activities.
  • Lead discussions with various teams to facilitate effective change management.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Document and communicate findings to support decision-making processes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within HR contexts.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Mural, and Visio.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Proven capability in stakeholder management across multi-country settings.
  • A relevant business analysis qualification (e.g., BCS or IIBA).
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
