Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to participate in a CRM migration project, collaborating with business, technology, and supplier teams to define requirements and ensure successful platform transition. In this hybrid contract role, the analyst will engage in various activities, including process mapping, data migration, and testing, to ensure the new CRM effectively meets business needs and is primed for user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
- Map current and future processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate requirements into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Support data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation alongside technical teams.
- Define requirements for integrations and dependencies with connected systems.
- Assist in UAT planning, test scenarios, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure go-live readiness and facilitate training and adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on CRM implementation or migration projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience supporting data migration, integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Confident in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with internal teams and external suppliers.
