Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to oversee a complex Finance cutover related to a major Lead-to-Cash transformation project within D365 and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in brownfield ERP implementations and will play a crucial role in managing cutover planning, data migration, and ensuring go-live readiness. The role involves collaboration across Finance, data systems, and testing, to identify risks and drive issues to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Finance cutover activities for D365.
- Manage the transition from the existing to new Chart of Accounts and Financial Dimensions.
- Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
- Drive go-live readiness through comprehensive testing and mock cutovers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cutover risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate communications and issue resolution across Finance and IT teams.
- Ensure integration between Salesforce and D365 is effectively managed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with D365 Finance and Operations, particularly in cutover management.
- Previous involvement in brownfield ERP/Finance cutover projects.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with data migration and financial reporting controls.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-to-D365 integration is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
