Co-Pilot Trainer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Co-pilot Trainer to create and deliver comprehensive Microsoft 365 Copilot training aimed at enhancing user confidence and promoting best practices within the organization. The selected contractor will work three days a week, focusing on facilitating engaging learning experiences through workshops and support materials. Collaboration with various internal stakeholders will be essential to ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a tailored Copilot training plan aligned with business priorities.
  • Create role-specific learning pathways, workshops, and quick reference guides.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions and drop-in clinics, both virtually and in-person.
  • Support the internal Champion Network by sharing use cases and best practices.
  • Translate complex Copilot features into accessible guidance for users.
  • Gather feedback on training effectiveness and work with stakeholders to improve initiatives.
  • Deliver regular reports on adoption metrics and prepare end-of-assignment documentation.

Requirements

  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its suite of applications.
  • Experience in designing and delivering digital learning and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audience formats.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical features into clear business applications.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices and data privacy principles.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and adapt content on-the-fly.
