Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cutover Manager to oversee the cutover planning and execution for a significant Oracle Fusion implementation project. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including business units, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure a smooth transition to go-live while effectively managing risks and dependencies. The successful candidate will lead the cutover strategy, manage readiness assessments, and provide regular updates to program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end cutover plan and strategy.
- Coordinate business, IT, SI, and third-party stakeholders throughout the cutover lifecycle.
- Manage cutover rehearsals, readiness assessments, and go-live activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting deployment.
- Oversee command centre and hypercare activities following go-live.
- Provide regular status reporting to programme leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cutover Manager on Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, and/or EPM implementations.
- Experience managing complex go-live activities across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive programme readiness.
- Strong planning, governance, and risk management skills.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes is a plus.
- Previous involvement in Oracle Fusion Cloud end-to-end implementations is desirable.
