Overview
The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in a major Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation project, focusing on the technical workstream during the critical pre-implementation phase. This freelance position will involve defining key elements such as integration strategy, technical architecture, and testing standards while collaborating directly with the client to influence vital decisions, rather than following a predetermined design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical workstream for the Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation.
- Define integration strategy and technical architecture for the project.
- Develop reporting approaches and establish testing standards.
- Create technical tender content ahead of implementation.
- Guide the application of Fusion extensibility options, including Visual Builder Studio.
- Oversee REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI, and HDL processes.
- Provide technical leadership from project design through to go-live.
- Coordinate with client-side teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP & HCM implementations, preferably from a client-side perspective.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and relevant integration techniques.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI, and HDL processes.
- Experience with Fusion extensibility using Visual Builder Studio and Redwood.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership in large-scale projects.
- Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
- Understanding of testing standards specific to Oracle implementations.
