Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading SaaS technology organization for a 2-month remote contract. The successful candidate will support a major business transformation program by engaging with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and defining requirements for critical systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite. This role offers the chance to lead change initiatives in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various technical teams and business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and engage with stakeholders across the business.
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Scope and assess change requests across multiple integrated business systems.
- Map end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze upstream and downstream impacts of system and process changes.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and technical stakeholders to define solutions.
- Document business requirements, processes, dependencies, and system interactions.
- Ensure integrations across platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite are considered during change design.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Salesforce in business or technology change projects.
- Understanding of integrated business systems and data flows between applications.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to work alongside technical teams including architects and developers.
- Strong communication skills that bridge business and technical audiences.
- Proactive and self-sufficient with the ability to take ownership from day one.
