Overview
The D365 Trainer will lead end-user training and drive user adoption as part of a significant ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the finance functions of a multi-country organization. This role involves collaborating with the project team to design and deliver tailored training materials for finance staff located in the UK, Spain, and Romania, ensuring a smooth go-live experience and addressing training-related queries.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-user training for D365 Finance modules across three countries.
- Develop training materials, guides, and process documentation for diverse user groups.
- Collaborate with the project team to align training delivery with the ERP implementation timeline.
- Support super-users and address training-related queries during the go-live period.
- Adapt training delivery methods to suit multilingual and multi-site teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 training, particularly within Finance modules.
- Previous experience training end-users during an ERP implementation.
- Confident communicator with the ability to train diverse audiences and skill levels.
- Experience training geographically dispersed or multi-country teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting processes is an advantage.
