Overview
The Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Delivery Manager will spearhead the transition from legacy Microsoft Navision (NAV) to D365 F&O, overseeing complex enterprise migration and ensuring effective integration with associated systems like Oracle CPQ and Dynamics CRM. This role requires collaboration across various technical teams and responsibilities include managing project governance, stakeholder relationships, and risk identification leading up to the successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for the D365 F&O implementation and Navision decommissioning.
- Drive the data migration and cutover plan from Microsoft Navision to D365 F&O.
- Oversee API and middleware connectivity for real-time or batch synchronization with Oracle CPQ and D365 CRM.
- Maintain project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary liaison between business leaders and technical delivery teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with cross-system dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O implementations.
- Hands-on knowledge of legacy Microsoft Navision (NAV) environments.
- Experience integrating third-party tools like Oracle CPQ or Salesforce/D365 CRM with Microsoft ERP platforms.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum or Microsoft Sure Step project delivery frameworks.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with apt conflict-resolution and team leadership abilities.
